I've been working in the construction business for over 20 years, then I decided to found LJF Developments Ltd, a company dedicated towards 'bringing homeowner's dreams come true'.
Jamie Kemp
Construction Manager
Jamie runs the external side of our projects, managing groundwork, structure and build-up from foundations to roof. With a hands-on building background, he keeps each site on programme and to spec, coordinating trades and materials so the shell of every project is delivered right first time.
Ian Walmsley
Project Manager — Internal
Ian oversees the internal side of our projects, bringing the detail and precision of a trained carpenter to every fit-out. He manages the interiors, finishes and the finer details that turn a build into a home — ensuring every door, staircase and skirting meets the standards LJF is known for.

They've done such a fantastic job for us in building an extension at the back of our garage and side of the house and converting the garage too into an office, utility area, and downstairs toilet. While the extension is small the fact that it joins both the side of the house and the rear of the now converted garage has made such a large open kitchen with bi-folds onto a fantastic new patio it really feels like we've moved into a new house!
